From a young age the only thing Lorna wanted to be was a Vet.
She graduated from the Royal Veterinary College London in 2003. She worked in Mixed Practice in Hampshire for 3 years before spending 9 months travelling and working in Small Animal Practice in New Zealand.
In 2007 she moved to Cheshire to work in a Small Animal Veterinary Hospital with an attached referral practice.
She is passionate about providing a high standard of care within first opinion practice and building good client relations.
Seeing a huge increase in the number of hybrid dogs that are presented at her practice in recent years means she is excited to be part of the HBA.
This is particularly because the HBA gives us the opportunity to make a difference to animal welfare by protecting against negative breed traits and problems whenever possible as well as aiming to improve breeding standards and environments.
